This page is designed to help people unfamiliar with the Flashmeeting interface.  

If asked for a username, just click the button to sign in as a guest.

When you click on the flashmeeting link you will arrive at a screen like this. 

Flashmeeting's next screen will request permission to access your webcam and your microphone.  Note that webcam and microphone are not essential if you simply want to listen to the presentations and join in the chat area.

Entering the test application will bring up this screen.  Tick the appropriate boxes and follow the instructions. 

Once the test is complete, you should see this screen. 

Now enter your name in box.  You don't have to register as a user but you must agree to the conditions if you want to join the flashmeeting,  Hit enter when ready to join the meeting.

Click on the tab shown to view the chat section.

Once you join, you will be able to see the actual meeting in the video box. Messages can be entered in the white box at the bottom of the screen.

Hitting interrupt breaks the connection to the meeting and feeds your won video / audio to everyone else. 

If you have difficulty getting in to the meeting.  Close the browser window and start again with this link

Click on the "Clear Port" link before trying to enter the meeting again.  This often helps to resolve connection problems.
