add your own.... does anyone know if Dave Spittal's site is still operating for resources?

I've put Martin Cunningham's excellent PDFs into a folder structure to get us started. Dick Orr has added a whole heap of new stuff for us. Thanks, Dick!

I know the answer because I am Dave Spittal! The site is NOT operating because all of the resources were added to the IOP site so there was no longer a need for it. Unfortunately the contributions to the IOP site have dried up. I am not sure why people were happy to send me stuff but we dont send stuff to the IOP site. Answers on a postcard please to ...

I don't think the IoP site is suffering from lack of shared resources - there's a bit of a backlog at present due to staffing changes, I'm told. Meanwhile, a bit of redundancy isn't a bad thing, so having stuff here is just belt and braces.

Sputnik resources were sent to IoP HQ in London for an Education Dept member to upload onto the website. Apparentlyl now, no departmental member of staff is now allowed to make any changes to the Institute website and all changes/ additions to the website have to be forwarded to a unit within HQ. Possibly there just aren't enough people there to cope with the demand?
Added to this is that Brian Redman was collecting resourcesfrom all the submissions to Sputnik via the email list to send to London and his PC crashed........
